We're here!
Well, we have arrived safely in so. cal. We got here late last thursday night, and since then, we've been running errands, learning our way around, and sunbathing, swimming and bodyboarding at the beach! Our stuff (all packed in a 6x7x8 metal crate) is supposed to be arriving this afternoon, so we'll be busy the next few days actually moving in to our new apartment. Classes don't start for another week and a half.
We saw some BEAUTIFUL country on the way out! Hopefully I can post some of our pictures from our trip soon.

Hey guys! We're so glad for you. Wish we were there to enjoy the common graces of Cali! You guys should visit Venice beach when you head to L.A. It's a crazy-cool place--you'll proly see some celebrity if you pay close attention. Every time I went there, I saw some celebrity. We're praying for you. Tell Erasmus I said hi!

We are heading up to L.A. this thursday with Jared and Jess and Jared's mom. Maybe we'll make it to Venice Beach.

Laura and I were so bored last night, though we found a new park that is not too far from our house and explored it a bit. As we were leaving Laura said tonight would be a perfect night to have Matt and Christa over. I agreed, and then we dicided to pick of a movie from the library and went by your old place. I just thought "that stinks", but in my heart I praise God that you two are doing what God has for you and did not kick against the fact that you are leaving all that is familiar and close to embrace the beauty of what He has in store for you. Thinking of you often.
